   - All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days after payment has been successfully completed. 

2. Shipping Costs:
   - West Malaysia (WM): Flat rate of RM10, Free shipping for orders above RM500.
   - East Malaysia (EM): Flat rate of RM15, Free shipping for orders above RM500.

3. Delivery Time:
   - Delivery times may vary based on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

4. Order Tracking:
   - Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can keep an eye on your package’s progress.

5. Shipping Delays:
